QUOTE(marfccy @ Jan 21 2014, 10:33 PM) hahaha then youll be hard pressed to find any 1440p monitors even breaching the RM1.5k line in Msia Might as well settled on 1080p, At least I can get 27" satisfaction on Movie, and I tell myself is not that bad play games at 27" 1080p. not unless you opt for Korean made ones from eBay, Amazon and the rest Currently Dell S2740L in on the list, do recommend other model. |

QUOTE(lpzone @ Feb 3 2014, 01:21 AM) Need some inputs from the sifus around here. I need a monitor for my desktop rig which using a msi r9 280x gpu. Mainly for gaming and movies only. I am considering a 27" pc monitor or a larger led tv. You are using PC, not console.I am not sure about the difference between a pc monitor and a tv led. Won't mind to fork out a little more for a larger screen, but I am not sure whether a led tv could handle gaming smoothly. Thank you all in advanced. Unless you are using PC on a living room and sit on couch, then you should pick LED TV. |
