shouldnt you ask the bank why the FD cannot be withdrawn?

have the cc canceled? has the FD earmark removed?

usually fd earmark/pledging for cc has no indicator visible to customer.

let the bank sort it out internally. nothing you can do except escalating them to release the pledged-FD.

as a security precaution, banks will notify affected cards/users to monitor their card accounts for any unauthorized txn happening.

if you feel not secure, request for card replacement instead of ignoring.

if you continue spending after AF is charged, you are deemed accepting to continue using their service, hence AF is applicable
