Guys how is the cashback tracked? Based on month or statement date?

I swiped RM1500 on 01.08.2019 and saw a cashback RM6 on 05.08.2019.

My statement date is 04.08.2019

This month still receive CB for bigpay (jul spend)
You can call CS to clarify the meaning. Maybe they amend without even knowing the mistake / miss out
