So yesterday i saw the RM4 for ringgitplus become available to claim

I faster live chat with CS and they said follow up with RP
Then later at night i received email from the person in charge and saying sorry for the delay and the credit me RM196 for the shopback

But the redeemable time become Oct, 4th 2019.
Guess better being late than nothing

I've not received the card & activated it but already received my 1st statement with SST charged to my card.

Confirmed with CS. RM26 CB is given as SST rebate with 3 transactions, any amount within 1 week.

now visa infinite still have priority pass?

You will get RM 12 + 30 = 42 in the end. So it is actually 1.4% averagely.

How and where did you apply? I tried their website but it doesn't seem like a proper application. I submitted some pictures for the card and that's about it. Do you have any links?

I submitted my application via AB website. I called CS and they assigned someone to contact me.

I filled in the online form in the "Feedback & Complaints" tab (https://www.alliancebank.com.my/contact-us.aspx). They got back to me within 2 working days.

think i'll just wait a while now since waiting for OCBC and HSBC processing my application after some complaints. once these are over, i'll reapply using your link.

Yes, bigpay and boost are entitled. Any retail transaction will do.
