The Lite version will mostly always on.

The Pro version (paid version) can set how long later you can turn off the sensors.

I'm using the PRO version and I set it to "never turn the sensor off". I felt it'll defeat its purpose for turning it off after certain defined duration.

It is Gnex. Play around and tap tap tap my android version setting, then this nyan-droid came out. Part of ICS Easter Egg.
