As for my case, yup...it's correct. There are no part 3 where you will be asked to talk on a topic you chose. Mainly all the questions are related to your past experiences and how you handle/overcome challenges in a team.
I am not sure about phone interview but I guess it will be the same.

If you have participated in a lot of projects before I am sure you will have no problem in describing them. Just be honest and talk from your experiences. Don worry, most questions are follow-up questions...make sure you are prepared to answer and keep the conversation going.

Good luck!  biggrin.gif

Hello everyone,

just finish the level 2 online assessment for grad program last week and currently waiting for the outcome, it has been 7 working days...
argh! just want to know my result and i quickly move on from there! (just want to quickly quit my current job!)

btw, for a person who enter grad program, will they be put into the sector/dept that they have selected in level 1 online assessment? or they will judge which sector/dept is best for the person after that person passed the interview? thank you!
