It's been over 2 weeks and the application status still reads 'Application Under Review'. Sigh. 2 weeks and 2 days to be exact

the HR called recently & says that my interview will be on 4th April , & she will send the email regarding the interview..but when i check my inbox , its not there.. did u receive an email one day before the interview or else?

hye bro.my interview will be this thursday too.its weird u didn't receive any notification from emel.u try cek ur SPAM emel?or maybe the emel u provided them was wrong?try check back ur resume and profile information u upload at shell career website..this is the best i can advice you.

finally, i check through my communication history on shell website, the invitation is right there,but the weird thing is it does not reach my inbox even though my email is correct..but doesn't matter,as long as i know the address, it will be in cyberjaya.

Different venue but same day ,haha ..yup,the SRD, i'm a business major,what about u? frankly speaking , i'm freaking nervous right now, hope i can make it to the SRD.

So, how was your interview ? everything went well ?

The interview session was very relaxing and the interviewer was really friendly! A lot of follow-up questions so it's pretty an on-going conversation.
Everything went well (I hope so) except that I was late 45mins due to a massive jam caused by accidents. I stayed at Cheras Hartamas area and I came out earlier around 6.45am but I reached at 8.50am
Really my bad day! Explained to the interviewer already and she said she understands (hopefully she really understand). Proceed at 9am and ended exactly 9.45am. The next time slot was supposed to be 9.30am but had to be postponed 15min later.
Came back around 10.30 - 11am and the same highway (lebuhraya cheras-kajang and lebuhraya timur-barat) STILL jam...butt to butt
Guess it's not my luck to get SHELL. If I am to be rejected, I know the main reason behind it already...

Anyway, lesson learnt! Prepare to go at least maybe 2 hours earlier!

Your interview was on Wednesday as well? How I wish they never postponed the original schedule which was on Tuesday

So, will the phone interview be the same as the f2f interview? Previously, at the later stages of the phone interview, applicants have to select a topic and talk around 2 - 3 minutes about their thoughts. From what I read over the last couple of pages, there's nothing like that this year, is that correct?

As for my case, yup...it's correct. There are no part 3 where you will be asked to talk on a topic you chose. Mainly all the questions are related to your past experiences and how you handle/overcome challenges in a team.
I am not sure about phone interview but I guess it will be the same.

If you have participated in a lot of projects before I am sure you will have no problem in describing them. Just be honest and talk from your experiences. Don worry, most questions are follow-up questions...make sure you are prepared to answer and keep the conversation going.

I would like to ask, previously I could check the communication status when I login into the shell profile (where you could track back the emails that they sent to you). But today when i logged in, I could no longer check this anymore. Is this happening to all or just me?

I was wondering the same thing! I thought it was just me...That button is no longer there
