Didn't I say months ago (early this year I guess) "GTX 660 Ti = GTX 580?" biggrin.gif Some folks didn't believe it...

No, it's actually GTX 660 Ti > GTX 580! rclxms.gif

Nice one Nvidia.

Alright, the GTX 670 will be my choice for now. Or suddenly Malaysia sellers know the GTX 660 TI is overpriced and cut the price lower than the GTX 670. Until then......

Reviews do not provide user experience , they just do some testing and benchmark rather than using it whole day compare to buyer . I just want to verify whether all reference GTX670 cards, no matter what brand, suffer from noise/hum/buzz/whine sound that the fan produces , this is the info i get from users not in LYN .

For sound, some might attach video review. Or you can look at youtube. For silent GTX 670, I suggest Asus DCUII. Google for GTX 670 roundup and that will answer your question. Actually, I will vote for Gigabyte GTX 670 OC for the balanced card. Good performance, acceptable sound, and a great thickness. However, most people unable to accept the blue PCB

I have both Asus dcuii and Msi power edition of the 670. I personally think the Msi one has lesser noise compare to the Asus one .

u seem like you're quite poor in reading english.

read this carefully and brain it : all the reference cards, no matter from leadtek or asus or msi or sapphire or galaxy or who who and who they r the same card. leadtek stick their own sticker. msi stick their own sticker. so the others stick their own sticker. fans r all the same. EXACTLY the same for all reference card. understand?

Well, Asus also known for their good PCB and caps quality but to be honest, I'm not confident with DCUii but I can't reject a nice deal so I just grab one. Some OCN forumer with non Top version card died after few week.

And yes Gigabyte use GTX 680 PCB but it's not reference PCB IINM. The pcb and the caps is high quality etc. The problem with Malaysia price is Gigabyte are way overpriced (gap around RM 100 vs Asus DCUii). Based on US market, the price is should on par with reference GTX 670 or a tad higher but here, doh.gif . No comment for the price. But if someone willing to change Gigabyte OC with my DCUii, I'll accept the deal. And now been eyeing Gigabyte HD 7970 OC. brows.gif

BTW for reference card, they all the same. Different sound only produced when you manually set the fan speed. I didn't notice that you mention reference card. But for GTX 670 roundup, check here:
