Sorry, just saw your message.

Yes you cant find it on the button. Look for the menu button where there are phonebook, bla, bla...
Then you try look for "phone" option. Press left or right button. Explore by pressing "ok" button.
If not, get the manual book out for look for the "reset" option.

yeah, it showed in the invoice, somehow i didn't receive the hardcopy bill yet.

why our package called EXPIRED - Home broadband 10mbps?

Referring to the attachment below... a bit blur coz cut n paste from PDF file.

Goto --> channel selection --> Automatic change to Manual


then key in the number of channel u prefer.

Can this work for u ?

hi all,

just installed maxis fibre 10mbps last tuesday.. so far happy with the connection speed.. but wifi signal is quite bad.. not all area in my house is covered.. is this normal?

if u dunnow which channel u prefer, u may scan nearby area using inSSIDer http://www.metageek.net/support/downloads and select any channel not in use nearby

Yes.. the WiFi coverage for Thomson router is very poor.

Dear All,

Anyone can advise how to connect the IP phone to my existing copper phone? I have 3 provided by the developer and now I bought the connector from Ace Hardware but doesnt seems to work.
