Thanks for your reply mate. Appreciate it.
Will head to the Maxis Dealer @ BV2 to apply later.

You mentioned there's issues with gaming?
What type of issues are there and are they related to Steam servers?
Cause I play on Steam quite frequently.

Thanks!

i think its mostly due to high ping to servers ofshore... but i am not really sure of wat games are affected. need to check with other members on that... and i am on public ip and so far i really got no issues with maxis other then the one time my thomson router was damaged...

Alright, I see. Btw, did you swap from private IP to public IP because you can't access your home's CCTV from internet? Lemme know, thanks!

Duno I'm no luck or what.... Juz installed Maxis Home fibre 10mb but after 1 week can't connect to internet
tried used back the unifi (not cut yet), also can't connect, thought is the server problem
call Maxis, no feedback for 2 days
call TM, confirm technician come in 24hrs (next day reach my home)
unifi can connect now but shitty Maxis still unable connect
call to their CS, ask me to do all the shitty reseting again.....
direct told them my unifi is working, the thomson router got problem
then tell me will send technician come over but no promised when even i ask for next day....

Conclusion: TM service >>>> Maxis service
I never wonder how good TM service is now untill i meet a worst service from Maxis.....
Cheap thing doesn't come good...... some times.....

I just wanna to ask those sifus out there; I subscribe to streamyx more than 3 years already and just upgraded my streamyx 1M to 4M last month, and also collected the free wirelessphone last week. Now I wanted to change to Maxis FTTH, is there any penalty on the cancellation of streamyx? Thanks in advance.

if not mistaken, upgrade means you renew your 1 year contract. So you might need to pay according to the contract cancellation.

I play games like CS:GO on steam and Dota 2 and killing floor and a bunch more and i have to say the servers you get 50 ms to around 99 ms MAX on your old line,

Youre probally gonna get around 100 ~ 200 now.

I HOPE MAXIS RESOLVES THIS SOON :c
