Visit the sale gallery last weekend. Left one intermediate unit for three storey Superlink House. It was 960k after rebate. It is still value to buy?

btw any owner receive the letter from Majlis Perbandaran Selayang ??? what is the letter for ? ask me to pay 600+++ per month... |
