developers just play with fancy words nia....

what linked bungalows...bungalow in the sky and etc.....

by definition, a bungalow is a free standing structure. when it is linked with another owner....how can it be called "bungalow"?

and dun even let me start with Villa.......

Basically you are getting a link house with fancy name and cut throat price....that's all.

or follow dpc style, called their 3s link house "mansion".
too bad the word 'istana' is prohibited for general use...otherwise developers surely will use Istana for their bungalow offering.

in overseas, the Malaysian style link terraces is called Townhouses de, and their detached house with garage and land with 100% detached house is just called HOME or house. Bungalow never been used de.

Haha... At first I thought The Mansions was meant to be a bungalow.. Mana tahu kena tipu biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

Just wondering, those with extra land in The Mansions... I don't think they were allowed with any form of extension / renovation externally right?

Type C/F quite tempting, the only reason turn my friend off is the toilet in first/second floor, no window.
*
The architect gave some thought to it. If the toilet was at the front of the house, then they cannot give you such big glass windows. The idea is to give you the park view and resort feel.

The second floor intermediate rooms are for the kids or your elderly folks. How much time they spent in the toilet looking out?

Yes, they had initially planned for a bungalow, each with a private pool but changed it to the current form. I think to price it would be closer to RM6-8mil for such houses. I think, it would be very hard to move such properties.

Whatever you call it, superlink, villa or mansion, they did everyone a favour. Since it is a superlink like some say, then, technically, they have set the highest prices for such houses, past RM5mil.

In other words, it is safe to say that one day, the link houses will reach this price.

Frankly, I did not notice the missing windows. Maybe there are already many windows and glass doors already. This will be a holiday-cum-retirement home for me one day.
*
It's all about better air ventilation and lower humidity in the room.

Internal layout is nice especially with the double volume dining area.....
But I still prefer homes with concept, such as landscaping in between houses, rather than a small narrow strip.....

Any update on A3??

Estimated date of handing over to purchaser??

I am actually quite disappointed that the international school pulled out. I always think that the developer (Hong Bee?) is not aggressive enuf in developing that area. sad.gif
