Any body have more details about the medium to low cost apartment beside Anggun 3?
I am concern if those projects will lower down the living quality of Anggun 3. As I believe a lot of cars will park along the public road & the main road will be congested if the site cater a lot of residents with this high rise properties.

Boss, even with Setia Ecohill DSL, it is also beside Low/ Medium cost of apartments...near to Semi-D as well..lol

They told me that they have the intention to move the low/medium to somewhere subject to approval. They said the value in the area has gone up. It would be a waste to build low cost. Hope it it true.

Any master know the road from Jalan Batu Arang to Bandar Tasik Puteri total how many lanes road per direction? Some say 2, some say 3....When they start to upgrade it and expected completion date?
