hi, just seek advise from you about DIBS scheme. My parents book a unit in anggun 3, rawang and submit for loan under panel banker. So far 3 out 4 application rejected due high commitment. And at last we submit to our own banker which they approved the loan but without DIBS scheme due to bajet 2014. I call SA and inform my situation, they said under they panel banker still can get DIBS scheme. Now which one better take DIBS or non DIBS? Public bank offer blr-2.4% non dibs..monday will knw result for dibs whtr can get approved

Under devp panel banker cimb n ambank no more offer dibs for this project starting last week..just get info from their staff
