Anyone experience visual flickering/lagging(1-2s) in dota2 at the point where hero is selected and game started???

No flickering but there is a brief lag/not responding moment for 1-2 secs after hero selection.

Planning to add Corsair Vengeance RAM. Anyone know how to overclock from 1333 Mhz to 1600Mhz? No options available on Bios.

What version are you guys using for your Ralink driver ?
I've just updated mine to the one I got from the HP website.

no you can't overclock to 1600mhz.. it will downclock instead.

roll back to previous driver?

Mine can run at 1600Mhz, but it could be due to the processor.

^ yeah, 2630/70QM only supported 1333 max.

Not sure if this is the right thread, as I have the DV7-6c00tx but there doesn't seem to be a dedicated thread to the DV7.

I'm planning to replace one of the HDDs to SSD. Does anyone know if the DV7 supports SATA3 SSD and what's the maximum size supported? In the service manual, the maximum seems to be 160GB.

Sigh. Laptop resolution stuck at 1024X768 after trying to install Leshcat's 13.1 update.

Uninstalling and reinstalling but still doesn't work. Laptop doesn't detect the driver when it's installed >.<

EDIT: Whenever I try to launch the Official AMD 13.1 update, they say my laptop does not have a proper graphics adapter Btw, I'm running a 6c19tx if it makes a difference.

Think I found the fix for that problem. From the leshcat setup, run the issue resolver. Reboot and walla

Wow. Far Cry 3 is kinda heavy. Alot of configurations has been made. Dunno if it will support Crysis 3

Try couple more driver, if same maybe the antenna quality is degrading.

My DV6 is the 1st batch and it have Sata 3. I'm sure urs have Sata 3 too.

Did you install DSE before installing Leshcat?

WHQL AMD driver won't support our GPU but AMD Beta driver does assuming you already have switchable driver installed in your system.

I don't think it will support.. but Crysis 3 does benefit from hyper-threading though and FarCry3 did not.

I normally right click and hide all unwanted updates.

I used the beta 13.2 on leshcat's site and thankfully that worked for me
