Just went to see the site today ftom semenyih Tesco side. Damn big. Have to go through Semenyih town. Seems quite far if working at KL. But thats mayne because i went through town.

Maybe 388K unit is the one facing T junction. The rest will be more expensive.

More cons than pro... Difficult to subsale, if non-bumi lot, Jeghui. Not sure how other cultures view a house facing T-junction...
