this SEH is ok! will be the next setia alam or even better. klang valley south are developing eventually will be better than klang valley north. klang valley south are more closer to government putrajaya place. it located in the middle of kl city and putrajaya. SEH is just not far away from klang valley south and putrajaya. should be very ok.

if sp setia, ijm or sime darby developing at bangi sure ok.
sometimes need to see who the big player go there.
not just location but also the environment they create (branding).
same same to me. like bukit jelutong and setia alam. 
as long as the can plan the whole township well. u buying the whole township idea not just a house.

for township development SEH is better bet. with strong portfolio setia alam big township. also the setia city mall is unexpected doing very well.
the setia city mall retail rental rate is around RM20 per sqf almost same rate as midvalley mall. jaw dropping rental rate as a new mall.

mah sing to me.... im not so confident even the project look good...for branding wise still 1 par below sp setia.
their southgate just so so. and they still don't have solid big township as portfolio...
