Drove pass yesterday and discover SP Eco Hill earth work completed and saw construction in progress for road link to Jalan Semenyih front of new Rinching construction shop lots beside PETRONAS station.

yeah..... correct.

based on the pictures shown,the road construction will bypass Semenyih town?

New road will link to Lekas Semenyih Toll and this will by pass Semenyih town.

Any units still available? I went to their site and its still under registration...=)

This is really good news! The problem with this project is access, i think SP setia smart enough to cater this issue first by completing the link to LEKAS. Really great news for anyone who live within Semenyih's McDonald and further up.

I have read before that SP Setia will complete the LINK from LEKAS and at the same time they will build and complete the show house near to the LINK. Means, at the time the user used the LINK, they will see the show house. And the other thing, if you see the first picture above, the building of the sales office of Setia Ecohill was in progress and the show house are next to it. That was the worker/contractor told me.
