There will be another launches for the remaining units, 200++, with higher price for sure.

Setia Eco Hills is "slightly higher end" with more semi-d and bungalow..
Hope is not all gone yet.. SP setia has another plot of land further down at Beranang.. Its called "Setia Emas", mainly with much more affordable mass market houses..

Bear in mind SP has another piece of land further in, and heard one big development for Connemara Estate in between of two SP lands as well. Not sure when and the total house/condo to be built in the future, at least Tesco Semenyih will be benefited first!

SP Setia project, surely will go within 1 day. Never the less, the ballot thing would be done very smooth and well

I guess that is the risk as well because price already factored in the brand. In other words, the risk is lower with established developer but the gain is also lower
