Personally feel that cluster home is nice, got small land next to each unit.
Show unit even can view at night, all unit lighted up, awesome

If remember correctly, there is no attached bathroom for two small rooms located on the first floor...both sharing 1 common bath room.

Yeah if for investment ill go for lecus, for own stay and investment ill go for terrace corner IF I'M LUCKY LAH !!!!!!

Lecus will be better since is GnG n club house vs link house with guard only. The appreciation will be diff.
