Found out, double storey/terrace without GnG, everyone can pass by or enter the taman. Where else bungalow has GnG.
Surprise, tot SP want make it as township but terrace x ada GnG.
Cut cost on certain area.

SA told me definitely DIBS but other package not sure, wait till June.
I guess overall concept is similiar like Setia Eco township, it gel with Semenyih GREENERY, that's the theme + developer name. thats y everyone q up register.
