I can't predict how strong is the underlying purchaser power, seems like there are a lot of people just about to enter the mkt, I think more people prefer landed than strata condo.

Very keen to know how many are buying for own stay, this will determined how much the future appreciation is (upon VP). I attended Rimbayu launching, I must say it is not a good sign for those who buy to flip. Fr SEH number of unit launch, surprise to see that link houses is less than SD/Cluster, in this context, if die die must buy, shd consider link house 1st

generally, semenyih is not part of klang valley.

well, just wonder how many of you guys really want to stay at semenyih.
no offense, i am not saying semenyih is a bad location. i like broga hill a lot.

if you work at cheras kajang or cyberjaya putrajaya serdang area still acceptable.
but we all know most klang valley people work at kl, pj, damansara, subang, and even kota damansara or shah alam, how many of you prepare to drive for that kind of distance?

from the google map, ecohill is about 29 km from seremban, but about 38 km to klcc or mid valley.is more towards seremban rather than kl.
for me the golden rule of property investment is location, location and location. personally, semenyih isnt my cup of tea.
so when we buy a property, what are the criteria? just becoz is sp setia, just becoz is landed, we just BBB no matter how far is the location?

once again, i am not saying semenyih is bad location or ecohill is baliah project. just share my thought about the location.

Kitkat bro, i said the same thing for setia alam last time. Setia alam was actually meru last time. Meru was my kampung. When i went to setia alam, sps staff said u can stay here and work in kl. I said to her," wah u gila ka. Here and kl sibeh far leii... this is my kampung liao". A few years later, the place appreciated gao2. Then got many amenities and then the migty setia city mall. I licked my own spit when i bought props in setia alam. Hahaha

my FIL stay there...to get to shah alam frm there take 1 hour bro...38km if jalan straight like nkve no problem...ini full of jalan simpang siur...traffic light...masuk kiri masuk kanan...fuhh....from cyberjaya to shah alam oso 20-25 minutes only speed straight thru nkve highway 30km but difference is straight hiway...

Same story?  Is there a new highway going to connect eco hill with Pj Subang Damansara shah alam nkve like what setia alam did at 2004?

just one thing.
every morning there are countless miserable peoples try to get out from cheras, jam all the way to work.
and now you telling me the is a propose highway, so that you can connect to lekas, and from lekas connect to silk, and from silk finally, yeah! you reach cheras. 

diff, if someone stay at setia alam, klang, subang, he can choose to work at klang, shah alam subang, pj damansara which is not that far. worst like what you said, work at kl city center that need to travel long distance.

but if stay at semenyih, unless he very sure he only work at putrajaya cyberjaya, or kajang cheras. otherwise he will spend quite of number of time sitting in car every morning and evening.

and how about couple? if you work at cheras cyberjaya isnt a problem, you got to make sure your wife work at similar area but not kl pj subang damansara.

beside working, there are many other factors need to consider. which school your kids going to study? is there many "quality" primary and secandary schools at semenyih? how far you going to sent your kid to study? and years later after he graduate, most likely he need to move out unless he got a job at cyberjaya.

how about shopping, unless you really enjoy shopping at tesco and giant, otherwise i think the nearest decent shopping mall with cinema still quite a distance away.

Personally feel that cluster home is nice, got small land next to each unit.
