went to SEH today 6c6c.....the whole development is impressive...have some uphill jogging track, land area is huge..lots of activity ongoing, and SP Setia built a very wide and nice access road to SEH with nice landscape...but the design of the house and material used just so so.......for DSL, the built up area is quite small, not even 2ksqf....the living area+dining area looks small...same with bedrooms...
one bad about the design is the upper floor bathroom is not share and access though 2 bedrooms, not good design...i prefer after bath straight away step inside the bedroom.... but the DSL price is very attractive, start with only 430k...it's not gated and guarded, but developer will built the guard house...not so difficult to set up fenced and guarded by own resident...if developer can built the direct link to lekas highway as what promise...this property definitely is a good buy... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() This post has been edited by doomdoom: Sep 23 2013, 04:24 PM |
