- Budget : < RM400 max
- Your rig : PC,MP3 player(ipod/hippo gumstick),Galaxy S3
- What type of usage : Pure music listening
- File format used in your source : mp3,flac
- Genre of music you listen to : j-rock,rock,R&B,soundtracks
- Headphone/ earphone type : Circumaural/open/closed (will try both open and close before buying so just give suggestion)
- Other requirements : I don't want a headphone with a bright signature because my ears can't handle the sharp treble. I want punchy bass but not boomy.

Hello everyone. smile.gif I'm interested in getting an earphone for my everyday use. As below are my requirements:
- Budget : RM400-700
- Your rig : iPhone 5>Fiio E9> SonicMax Pro(App)
- What type of usage : everyday use, commute, long plane-flights. Basically heavy-duty.
- File format used in your source : FLAC & Mp3
- Genre of music you listen to : Everything from rock to Instrumental(2StepsFromHell FTW)
- Headphone/ earphone type : IEM
- Other requirements : I own the UE TF10s for 1yr+ now, but due to heavy usage(travels, flights, outdoors) and some mishaps, the cables(Lune) are now kaput. I love crisp signatur and more neutral sound overall, so what I'm asking is are there any new IEMs out that are similar to what TF10s can do for the same price? If not, I might consider buying a new set of custom cables but the sound sig will change(again).

Any recommendations for me. smile.gif

Hang mau neutral? But to my ears TF10 isn't neutral.
Well, if neutral = GR07 mk2 Review is here
If want some bass = Yamaha EPH-100 (slightly dark). Users' impressions
Or maybe, JVC Ha-FXZ 100/200. Review at the back of the thread

Nice suggestions. Will look through them.

As for the TF10 sounding neutral, they are so compared to the previous IEMs I've had which are relatively more colorful in their presentation. Me having changed my cables might also have something to do with it since mids were definitely different.

Budget, the cheapest can get the better. If got like Solo HD features already enough for me. Comfy and superb sound (at least for me).

Format? Im using my iphone 4s. Listen all the genre avail from A-Z but more to R&B. smile.gif

noobandroid's suggestion +1.
House signature, and better. Albeit it's woody, so may be warmer. Closed cans signature btw.

Last time still can suggest Denon AH-D2k. Now cannot liao. Haha.
