Aiya, the IGBreit's prospectus doesn't mention about Kassets conversion. Now heard two different version: 1000 Kassets gets 5240/5250 IGBreit. So which one correct leh??  |

Yes, income is highly predictable for reit across, generally we won't see major surprise on earning one until there is major revision on rental rate. Reit income = rent - management expenses. |

That Smartag, always have been unable to surpass 30 cents barrier. Everytime move until 29 or 29.5 and then slowly retreat. Can't imagine if one day it breaks 30 cents what will happen huh? |
