Do you know the rental revision condition of Midvalley and Garden? Just read that 63% of Sunway Pyramid rental revision will be by Sept 2013, management expects a 4-5% upside. thumbup.gif

I am not saying it won't, or it will.
The eagerness to have IGBreit may prompt people to buy over Rm9.00, just to point out, IGBreit at 1.50, valuation is a bit stretched (a 4% net yield), but it doesn't mean it won't happen.

As interest rate is zero across the world with local interest rate is seem peaking, I am not surprise with low yield reit.

Reit is never an ordinary share.

Upside or movement of reit price is always dictated by its yield, and willingness of investors on its yield.

Buy 1000 Kassets shares gets 5240 IGBreit shares right? So to avoid odd lots, should be at least 5000 Kassets > 26200 IGBreit. Correct? notworthy.gif

This is what we call unlocking the value.
Without turn into reit, we may still see 4.xx.

There are plenty of property stocks that trade below NAV, or even 50% of its NAV, but value is not unlocked. So share price continue to be in huge discount to the NAV.

guys, I have a maybank2u nominee CDS and Jupiter direct CDS, both linked to M2U. When I want to apply for IPO, its the Jupiter CDS I gonna use rite? The IPO shares will be stored under Jupiter CDS, but accessable thru M2U rite? If sell, can I sell thru M2U or thru Jupiter platform? Or better use Jupiter platform apply IPO, rather than M2U? any suggestions?

my main banking is M2U.
