1.50 is a bit too far stretch, I predict IPO opening price may be around 1.30.

1.50, means around 4.4% yield, which net yield become only 4%. A bit too low yield already. Little different than FD.

But DPU is expected to go up over the longer term, as rental revision increment may be strong for high traffic/popular mall.
As mall lease generally won't more than 1-2 years before there is rental revision. Correct me if I am wrong.
