Hi seansteve, you bought it recently or long time ago already?
The after discount price mean the price after deduct the 5% and 10% right? Isn't 600psf in segambut dalam is too expensive? I need some opinions and advise from you guys. Thanks. |

Erm.. so this is only good for own stay la... Can I know whether your unit is kl view or desa park city view? I heard people say kl view is more expensive than desa park city view.. |

they building a huge mosque before the turning to bukit segambut, not sure will the noise affect scenaria esp facing KL/MK side, but surely the traffic will be congested on fri along the turning road .....

i see i see... still gt a few questions.
Roughly how much is the price psf different between kl view and desa view? i read some previous posts they mentioned that there is a development project just right infront of scenaria at lot 1618, is that true? How about the address of scenaria?Is segambut or north kiara? There is another condo called anjali, just right beside the scenaria, which one is better if you all compare these two condos? WAA building a mosque nearby?==.. |
