Hi,I m sean, last few week i sign the S&P for this Scenaria, and i ask discount for the disbursements charges (RM12++),but also cannot give the discount in the end...><

Hi,i bought it last month,and my discount is 5% + 5%,before discount is around 680++psf for middle floor,after discount around 610++psf

For me if purchase for own stay is ok (if can cover every month 3.5k - 4k include installment,maintence fee and utility charges),but for investment mayb need wait quite long time for return..

And I stay at taman sri sinar so think it is convenient for me,but around the price at there really got little bit high(after discount too==),if can cover the location is quite good for mefor stay..

Hope this comment can give some opinion to you^^

I purchase the is Desa Park City View, KL View is more expensive than Desa park the i think,and more high floor more expensive... smile.gif

I double check the promotion with UOA side yesterday, the new promotion is 10% + 5% for block A ,means exp type E 1262sqf unit after discount will be around RM580++ for middle floor

Yup..middle floor already 800k++,(90% loan need installment 3.5k++ per month in 35 yrs),so developer give the cash back promotion let buyer for renovation so i like this cash back promotion...
