once it is picked up, state your project scenaria they will put you to someone. then can ask if your cheque is ready or not.

Anyone know what happen to Azaran hill in front of the sceneria?

i saw works are going on there. observe the first few top floors have their balcony fence removed and expanded to the balcony.

And this part of "north Kiara" cannot compare with verdana or concerto, both targeting different groups of ppl, i personally perfer scenaria location than verdana, it sitting between bukit segambut & sri sinar, pasar pagi, pasar malam, kopitian all within walking distance...

and the traffic jam issue dutamas is worst, scenaria u still can escape from jalan segambut dalam and jalan sri bintang to pj and KL, dutamas r totally stuck at the traffic light already ....

I buying block A type e after discount is 600++,before discount is near 700++ psf

type E is how many sf? so total is how much now?
