i think they're refer to this piece of land.
Last week i was told by a property agent that 1 new block condo will be built on this land.
It will block the DPC view & at same time also will block the malay cemetery from scenaria sight.

Of course KL view is more expensive than DPC view

Block B 29th floor, KLCC view around RM580+ psf during 1st launch (after discount)

Block B, 700K++ is before discount

I'm on 29th floor & i think UOA already given us the parking lot number right?
It's mentioned somewhere on the S&P or other docs

Not to forget, UOA member got extra 1% discount
