If buy for own stay, im pretty sure people have the good fundamental of saving before go in.... Unless the 20% discount really effect the people mental when come to decide... hee

Ya as you said 600 psf for this project.......unbelievable. the entire land is 9 acres, it make it impossible to build up a nice township like MK, DPC or Bangsar South for handsome appreciation. I dont understand why ppl fancy to buy this prop. |
