very empty... i think they only open few floors for sale.. And the lowest price for Block A starting from 900K before rebate...

For block B, smallest size only left floor 1 - floor 4... others all booked already... From my observation, around 80% sold... But they keep floor 11... Not sure for internal or release later...

Sime Darby medical centre start their operations in DPC. Plus factor for the project? As there will be a direct way to the medical centre.

Then Dua Menjalara adjacent to Menjalara 18 which is just a stone throw away from Parkcity medical centre, is more relevant.Scenaria's accessibility is really quite horrible at the moment until all the proposed roads are constructed which will then have access to Sri Hartmas, MK etc.....if they are come true.

yes, i think the most important is if they got the sri segambut to sri bintang road opened (where currently is the trucks parking area), then only will made the big differents !

The only plus point is the new MRT line at dutamas that will be accessible by Scenaria once the access road open.
MRT will change the game play in Segambut Dalam
I think the Kampung will not last long...with so much money offered to acquire their land

if MRT at dutamas, the properties at dutamas area will appreciate 1st and more...scenaria...quite far leh....as long as jalan segambut not widen...this area still wil have traffic heavy jam problem..
