CFE version?.. does you allow your car to warm up first before you shift from P to R?

you'll only encounter that the moment you start the car and straight away slot into R or D. Letting it to warm up for 1 minute solves the issue. Thats why after driving a while, it wont happen since the engine has already reached its optimum operating temperature.
might be a funny solution in light of the advancement in automotive technology, but it is a simple solution for a problem.
FYI, I'm also facing the same issue in my Saga. Same goes to thousands of 02-06 Mini Cooper CVT owners.

Done my 5k service at Tun Aminah SC JB, got free car wash voucher This time using semi 10/30w engine oil (3+1liter). Will compare the car response n fuel consumption with previous 10/40w during 1k service.
Got krek sound at my front passenger side when wind down. The mirror is movable (left n right). SC promise will order new part for replacement.
Ops, forgot to mention the rusty issue at the exhaust holder. Will request in next time service.
Any body buy the magnettrap? Can share yr experience? Is it will improve the oil filtering?
