such a waste of valuable space for most layouts....

but I strongly disagree with 1st degree murder. Instant I would say 'broad daylight robbery'.... haha tongue.gif

seriously such a waste of otherwise could be a great potential for city living with mall and MRT TOD project..

earlier one agent here said apa apa the lady asclaimed ecstasily how great was the unit and straight away bought one unit....now i know it was just a fairly tale in the mind of the salesman.

So layout didn't change much since I saw the mock unit 2-3 years ago, it made me felt weird and thought it is an Aussie architect thing.

They got Landlease in... which is renowned to be working closely with local architects and understand local needs, lifestyle etc.

I do not think the residential component take local input consideration. There are so many well designed unit layout residential in KL. Landlease should have enough market study on layout.

There was a big discussion of balcony or no-balcony. Guess they omitted the balcony after speaking to enough Malaysians, but retained the weird internal circulation which made the 800sf felt small.

As long as gross is 1mn and above for foreigners at let's say 530sf and nett pricing 1800psf onwards, it's AT BEST OK pricing for foreigners.

Many foreigners are always attracted by cheap pricing of high end property in Malaysia but will be shocked when they see how poor high end rentals are in Malaysia.
