Units near klcc showed, developer could price at their whim and fancy, doesn't mean it could be sustainable.
It seems many still take developer inflated price as benchmark. For reasons, many were trapped in property bull run.

I don't see any greater good in pnb118 bcos of surrounding area and access and exit of this area still a challenge.
nevertheless, human are drawn to iconic buildings all over the world. lets just see in 2025 and how tis pnb fares
at this moment the next tallest building should be TRX.
