The bigger picture JV with Chinese contractor they will sell the project to Chinese buyers, not local buyers.

For example Face II. The show unit and brochure is in Chinese and catered for Chinese Market.

earlier one agent here said apa apa the lady asclaimed ecstasily how great was the unit and straight away bought one unit....now i know it was just a fairly tale in the mind of the salesman.

They got Landlease in... which is renowned to be working closely with local architects and understand local needs, lifestyle etc.

I do not think the residential component take local input consideration. There are so many well designed unit layout residential in KL. Landlease should have enough market study on layout.
