Is there any indication which says KR 1 and KR2 are not supposed to be different?

KR1 lost to z residence by 10 miles in facade... hopefully developer will do a much better job for kr2 , especially kr2 facilities are more and harder to realise, abit worry when look at kr1s implementation , n where is the cabana n nice glass pool...

Kr1 lack 3d look but seem the same with brochure so buyers can't complain.

Seriously I do not like the building if contain too many white colours as it tend to be fading and looks dirty after few years. Hope that developer is using some sort of quality outdoor paints that is anti fungus and with some sun and heat protection.

From the scale model, it shows the building in white colour.

I'm quite impress with the overall colour of the ZR and hope if KR2 can be some sort with the combination colour of ZR instead of plain white.

Seems like occupancy at KR1 is poor. Very few lighted up units at night on working day. Can anybody provide any clarification?

occupancy rate may improve after Awan Besar LRT station operated & new access road ready by Oct 15.

Did anybody get calls from the developer recently asking if we wanted to sell our units at KR2?

Since when such lrt project on schedule one? Go and see others stations progress along the trail you will sure it will delay.
