They sold almost everything without a showroom, now only want to build a showroom ? rclxub.gif

For showroom they need to have proper road access. The construction road access will have to be different from the visitor road access. Guess it's will be quite sometime before this can happen.

Not too optimistic, I think. Based on current rate of inflation. Every Tom d*** and Harry projects is going above 600 psf now.

Wow seems crane accident is getting more and more common. The one before this was at Seri Kembangan.

Unlike KR1, KR2 has no inner road, it is right at Jalan 3A/155 OUG.

Meaning KR2 address will be :-

Kondominium Desa Jalil 2
Blok xx, Unit xx-xx, Jalan 3A/155 OUG,

Developer submitted the name of KR1 long time ago but chase them due to completion of KR1 is Dec 2103 instead of June 2014, early schedule so rush them.

Its DBKL who changed the name and confirmed it by writing to developer without consulting developer the other suggested names or etc. if DBKL not happy with the name, they should contact developer since early days and not just changed it, confirmed it themselves and issue the letter to developer to pay the deposit of TNB metre installations.

The dev is appealing now but the approval will drag by DBKL since completion is nearing and CFO can issue soon. DBKL nvr requests developer to change to other names.

There is no other place, the development should just sit over the LRT station 1 itself or very very very near to it. Isn't it ?

I share your views on this. I think this will be a super jam location due to these :-

1. A few projects are VP soon and they will depend on this road for access to the outside world. For example, some of the Parklane OUG people likely will take this road to Kesas highway.

2. At the same time, there are people coming into the LRT station and they will park by the roadside and wait to pick up people.

The traffic (1) and (2) are always flowing in oppositing directions and you can imagine they will stalemate.

3. Condo residents (Bukit OUG and KR1/KR2 ) are going to park their cars by the road side.

Road jam is already the destiny or the fate !

But jam does not means people will run away from that location. It could still be pretty 'ong' despite the jam.
