I've checked for umobile coverage at http://www.u.com.my/coverage
I only see 2G being highlighted in my area. How do I know I'll 100% get roaming to other telco? Will it roam to maxis or celcom? When roaming, am I limited to 2G EDGE internet only? no 3G on roaming?

Having problem to activate my prepaid sim.
Bought from 7-11 yesterday and they are having hard time to activate.
So decided to do it myself today. Still the same problem.

AFter accessing *118#, key in name, ic and address, after the address, I will get a message stating that "Service Not Available STG5"

Tried to call Customer care, but nobody want to answer the phone.

Anyway to activate my sim card?

There is no option for free calling between 2 lines in Umobile?
how is the ubuddy? is that only 1 way call option? (A call to B free and B call to A chargable?)

and is there anyway to dynamically subscribe Ubuddy?  like month 1 i feel I need it, only activate on the spot?

U mobile signal very teruk la at penang....low signal inside building.........

regret after change it from digi..... now i feel it even worse than digi....
although the internet speed is faster, but the coverage........

i am aware the speed very well, it is just that night the data cannot connect at all,. not slow speed

I from melaka, currently facing problem of not able to make or receive call, as well as failing to connect to internet, keep on switch to roaming, is that normal for all umobile user or is it due to my smartphone problem???

i say the postpaid quite ok and thn i saw the prepaid...reload RM100 can stay alive for 300 days

2. i have a number under me, can change both to U-mobile?
3. say i still owe abit of money in the plan(mean i didn't clear yet, say still have RM50), can transfer or have to pay 1st?

i recommend prepaid cause cheaper and always got promotion...hahahah....suitable also if you not heavy internet user... umi 28 not bad

i just bought myself a U mobile prepaid sim card to test the line and performance before i MNP to it
plugged it into my bros phone
and took speed test...this is what i got

i 1st by enabling data....around 160-170Kbps
thn i went untick 2G only
thn it gets to E as well but this time...its like no connection..its gray and no colour(if connected will be blue)
