What's the procedure / testing to know that you're on Maxis?  Also do we need to set data roaming [on] to get Maxis's data (normally I turn it off to prevent accidental overseas charges).

Go to Settings > About > Status
Will display in "Network" column...

really? do you have the full details? so 250MB, then throttle, and 30 minutes of calls. so this package doesnt include sms?

IMHO, it is a very good package for very light user and people who are looking to save more from their mobile plan nod.gif . it fits my user case, i use only whatsapp and light social networking when i am on the go. I normally load heavy media over wifi at home.

TBH, I respect U-Mobile for this, they are quite disruptive to the current mobile industry. which is a good thing, we as consumers would benefit more from these disruptions. thumbup.gif

I suggest that you keep a log of this, maybe rough timing of when it happened and where. then tweet to their customer service, get a case ID. or just tweet to @soyacincau because they have a lot of followings, companies tend to deal with problem faster when they are widely known
