Better give 10% more depend on our package to show user that how uMobile appreciate us do payment on-time via auto-debit.
250mb mean nothing in postpaid. Normally I did wait 2+ month only i pay 1 time cost of lazy go que at Timesqure, hate their cashier or customer service slow in collect payment, many time need wait 1 hour to pay 1 bill.
They seem no urgency to collect payment at counter, slow working attitude, a.k.a: oppa government style.

Need help, please.

I'm a new user of UMobile Mifi ZTE MF 60. Everytime when I want to get connected, I must use the USB cable and plug-in into my laptop. Is this the right way.

I was told I don't have to use the USB cable. Just power on the modem and you're connected. But when I powered on, the screen says PIN LOCK. How do I unlock the pin on the modem?

nope, that mifi should be STAND ALONE usage

pin lock easy, you just put the sim into any phone, and set it the SIM UNLOCK, the default password is 1234, just set it unlock, it will ask, then put 1234 ok already cool2.gif

very bad experience for the last two days. i jumped back to UM since early this week after i jumped out last year. thought i could have good and reliable network since they're now riding on maxis.

but these days the network went off very often. mobile data is interrupted 30% of the day. and that EXCLUDE times when the signal was tenggelam timbul.

yesterday got nationwide outage, i know. but the outage also affected my call/sms. tweeted that to them but no reply at all. their CS is going even worse from last year, i guess. same goes with their network.

i experienced their worst outage somewhere last year. but i think if current situation goes on, i cant tolerate. it is even worse than last year's nationwide outage.

might jump to tunetalk. today they got new data plan introduced. very cun one. but i'm reserving my decision for a few days. let's see how bad it can go.

nope. cant carry forward the remaining call minutes quota.

i've paid RM72/month without any free call/sms when i was with celcom. i can live with RM38/month with no free sms. at least they got one flat rate to all telcos. looks like a very good choice for me. cool2.gif

and they ride on celcom. another add-value, i guess? tongue.gif

lets calculate as this way

we count with tunetalk call rate for both

100min = RM 15, 30sms = RM 2.4

RM 21- RM 15 - RM 2.4 = Rm 3.6 for 500mb

RM 38 - (60 min) RM 9 = RM 29 for 1gb

RM 29 for 1gb or RM 3.6 for 500mb ? whistling.gif

lol, it is pretty intense lately in here tongue.gif

IMHO, if my experience is not good with a service provider, regardless of how long ive been with them, i'll switch. That is the beauty of a prepaid plan and MNP thumbup.gif

so screwedpeep, if the value that tunetalk gives is better, and the intermittent connectivity issue continues to bug you and you want to switch, then why not? I say go for it. I might do the same thing if i am in your shoes, but on my end, Umobile is still okay so far and i am lucky enought to not experience the recent outages. Do give us some feedback about tunetalk should you decide to port. hopefully umobile data outage will not happen to you anymore!

cheers! cheers.gif
