hurm.
thinking to remove cat also.
swirling bullet is where?
*
if you remove the cat converter... there will be a gap between the piping...
so i put a swirling bullet/silencer there.... as i get a quite a noisy muffler... to minimize the sound of it...

the cat converter already got broken things/metal sound inside... plus it was dented..... sweat.gif
and the ori muffler already leaking.... (welded it twice) laugh.gif

Today, I went to the pump station to fill my nearly empty WiSE tank. Since I wanted to clock how many km I can go w full tank, I fill full tank lah. What's strange is, eventhough I've already filled up to RM80, the tank is still not full liao shakehead.gif I bend down and look at the bottom of the car, shocking.gif woah fuel is leaking out heavily doh.gif Straight away went to SC and get it checked, the fuel hose bocor sudah. No wonder I didn't get the 'psssssssshhhh' sound when I open the fuel cap, and my fuel also drain a bit faster lately. Heads up to you guys who has a similar problem, try checking your fuel hose.

Possible but more hassle because you have to dismantle the timing belt. By the way it's called camshaft pulley, crankshaft pulley is the one at the bottom and the only reason to change that to an aftermarket version is to lighten the weight therefore allowing the engine to rev slightly faster and responsive. Get an adjustable cam pulley then you can test it out yourself and it's fun too if you know how to D.I.Y. Price is not really expensive, around $150.
*
LOL, sorry for the crakshaft pulley, hahaha, guess it doesn't have aftermarket/ performance alternative version of crankshaft pulley

I saw some commercial info stating, the camshaft pulley must equipped with rubber to cushion the vibration, that's why some LCP like "mythelogy" is costing 500-600. Any comment?

hehe...i tried asking this question last time...but no respond...anyway bro last time i was planning to do chassis foam also and i did quite a number of research and found out some results from other wira-ians who foamed their wira...and some say after the foam the feel is like "waja", comfort increase and less vibration those...cornering also better...
however, some people who foamed their car feels that its too harsh, too stiff already untill going over uneven road will feel bumpy or something like that...so i think it depends on personal opinion.. biggrin.gif
until now i havent do it yet cause i still feel abit afraid, one is because those who did chassis foam they inject the foam inside our car body, what is the specific measurement? i dont think there is any specific amount that they can measure and therefore may cause some people feel good after foaming and some feel bad..2nd thing is that once u foamed ur car, there no more turning back, u cannot remove it anymore, this is the thing i scared the most..hahaha..

anyway i plan to install the chassis alignment kit/stiff rings to improve comfort...at least that one can remove and i dont see any bad sides about it..haha..

just my opinion bro smile.gif no offence ya

felt lucky for you, it's darn dangerous, I had such experience and never want to try again, would need to claim insurance if anything happen.

I looked several times before, no leaking was noticed. Plus usually before this I use to pump RM30 only, so there is no chance the fuel is going to be overflowing to the hose. Its just today that my instinct told me to look down haha.

Btw I think the best way to check it is to take it off. Only after the mechanic take it off I can clearly see there's a cut at the hose, most probably because of the aging of the hose, because there are also quite a number of cracks also on the hose. Try taking it off and check it out, there are two hoses, the big one is for the flow of fuel into the tank, the other smaller one is for the outflow of pressure from the tank, the one that should give you the pleasuring 'psssshhhhh' biggrin.gif

Luckily for me I noticed it today. The spillage was huge. Your hose was the problem also?

that's what I got from googling. I am having the same thinking as you also because after foamed it later if too harsh then we cannot remove it already....
From AutoFoam website, they stated if only foam the undercarriage is for comfort ride. But another selling told me if foam the undercarriage will be a bit more bumpier, if want comfort then foam the door sill rclxub.gif
