It's 68% from all the uplines who did maintenance and earn from you on that month. Only 32% will be payback by company provided all the products unopen yet. Sorry, it's 90% of 32% . So.... it's really worth less than 10k even u payback all the products.

This is real case from my downline who decided to withdraw within 1 month. All her products returned to company, and company even checked all the serial number or batch number, to make sure it's the SAME product returned. I give her part of my product so she can get back more money, however it is detected by company and they declined it due to different serial as received.
Ended up my downline only get back RM9k++ due to she opened 1 box of enertri and 1 box of enerfiber cost around 499+246.

Yes true, my up upline kp decided not to return to one of my withdrawal downline. and now my downline keeps bugging me for the money. Im stress out too. I asked from that kp, he said: wait deduction from mcocean lo, now i no earn from mcocean, how to payback? i wouldnt payback from own pocket.

Anyone can help my downline to get back the money?

Now those uplines refused to pickup call, they blocked my downline's number as well. My best friend for more than 10 years aka my downline hate me so much now.

Wah what kind of clauses are this? Very mischievous and push people to the corner.

Seems is all up to distributor accountabilities and nothing much can do after sign.

Let me seek my lawyer advise. Cannot promise you anything. However up to now I think is better to seek legal advise.

This clause is on all the withdrawal agreements.

Even if you try to sue them, they will use the GPS form that you signed during Gold Premier presentation to step on you, claiming you signed the agreement "willingly".

This is a fine example of how despicable Mc Ocean is.

The only way now is to spread more awareness.
And by mouth of word eventually.

Same received the 2nd letter said will take legal action on me if keep on post here. Habuk pun tarak.

Guess what, my lawyer said the letter use to scare me only. To form a defamatory action, has to fulfill certain criteria.

Mc Ocean there will be no ending story on this.

Most of them are KP level who claiming themselves earning 5 figures monthly. But cant afford to payback few thousand. As per told by mcocean, it's because they are not earning, hence mcocean unable to deduct from their income to payback.

Don't even mention about refunding back to their downlines.
Some KP even shared a meal with their SP!
It happened right in front of my eyes!
They order a plate of mee goreng and shared together!
What happened to the "riches" they showed on social media?

I will rather invest in McDonald than McOcean. At least I get to eat burgers..

Hahaha, OMFG! That sure brings back memories. As an ex-KP I admit this is true! Those Mc Ocean Leaders (CKP, KP and PP Level) are MAJORITY broke! Imagine you can earn a few thousand ringgit on a certain month, and then no income for months to come. Then you still have to:

1) Service RM 2K - 5K per month of Bank Loan.
2) Put aside RM 1.9K to pay for your monthly Maintenance Fee (oh, did your upline inform you about the maintenance fee? )
3) Buy the event tickets in advance (if no new victims, those ticket money is BURNED!)
4) Pay RM 2K+ per month for the 2nd Hand/ Rental Mercedes/ BMW.

We were literally earning like a part timer working in fast food joints, but spending like a CEO!

So every makan session what to do? Steal downline's food/ Share the cheapest dish on the menu/ Say I'm dieting to keep fit lor...

5 years ago when Mc Ocean was still in its golden age, many new victims come swarming into the office, classes are always full of brainwashed zombies chanting the "Baik! Sangat Baik!" chant, we leaders are already POOR AS HELL!

Now, the offices are empty, people are rejecting this "business" and number of active members continue to drop everyday and members are looking for part time job/ full employment ... ... Their Finance is definitely way worse than my time. Don't talk about 5 figure income, 3 FIGURE ALSO DUNO HAVE OR NOT!

So glad I had left Mc Ocean and back to employment. My salary not high, but I am sure as hell earning more and living better than these MLM losers now.

I remember they asked me to take one day leave just to attend their "training" camp.
According to them, after I attended the camp, I would "challenge in the next XXX days/months".
I did as I was told and sure enough, it was just another way to brainwash me, if not in a grander way.
I wasn't even allowed the time to have proper meal, but I agreed about the lesson. It was to teach me to always be fast, or risk getting left behind. This, I can accept.
What I CAN'T accept was the event where they turned off all lights and asked us to write our dreams on a piece of paper. They burned the paper in front of us and tried to "simulate" a situation where everyone was taking our dreams from us.
The part I hate the most, however, was when they mentioned my parents!

"What have you done for your parents?"

"Don't you love them?"

"Don't you want to do more for them?"

They kept on repeating the same question. Being the only son in my family, I have always had conflicts with my parents. I cried on the spot. I was determined to do more for them.
Thinking back of those days, I felt ashamed.
These people would go to great lengths just to keep me brainwashed.
Oh by the way, why couldn't they just teach us the contents at the camp during their usual "training sessions"?
Why did I have to pay more just to get some extra, if not, questionable knowledge?
