FYI, the theory sounds like very helpful but in reality, they are far from it. Something you should be aware of:

1) After you had withdraw, Mc Ocean will NOT return 90% of the capital to you. ONLY 32%. The rest you have to wait until your upline got sales, only will it be deducted and returned to you. Many victims have waited years to get their refund, some not even a dime.
2) Only products that are properly packaged can get refund. That's why Mc Ocean members will ask you to open the packages to "check product is OK". If you had so, Mc Ocean will reject to refund you.
3) In the RM 35K that you purchase, they will "persuade" you to buy the RM 5K Water Filter and make it compulsory to install before allowed to go to their training camps. Installed water filter = no refund.
4) Members will ask you to buy lots of bundled promotional products, which usually bundled with their perishable biscuits. E.g: Enertri + Enertime Cookie. If you withdraw and return only the Enertri because you had consumed the biscuits, NO REFUND.
5) During training, you will be asked to open your products to consume it. Not to instill love for Mc Ocean products, the real intention is to reduce the amount you can claim back if you withdraw.
6) Last but not least, hide the fact about the buy back policy until 6 months later so victims are unaware until it is too late.


Who is the one who is twisting facts / covering up here? Many people only found this out during withdrawal/ after more than 6 months in Mc Ocean.
A MLM that hides so many things hiding from you, constantly twist facts & mislead people, do you dare to trust this kind of MLM with RM 35K???

I am sharing the truth the official "agent" doesn't want to share with you. The image above is the proof. Why they never officially show this to everyone? Well, I don't know .

Like stated in some posts above, if you are still within 180 days after you have made your invoices, then you are eligible for 90% refunded back to you. Even better if you request for refund within 10 days after you make your invoice, you will get 100% refunded, assuming all products are UNOPENED and still fit for reselling. Why some people opt to take all stocks out as soon as they make their purpose? I will leave that to your imagination.

Now, from the 90%, only 32% will be refunded automatically. The rest 68% will only be refunded back once the evil uplines make sales (fish new preys). Their "earnings" will be refunded back to you. But, how if they have no sales? Well, hold your hands and pray very hard and hope they will pay your personally. I saw some truly responsible people who paid their ex-downlines RM100 per month for a year. This is far more responsible than some people.

Let me make a breakdown for your convenience:
1. 32% of RM35,000 = RM11,200 is the amount that will be refunded back to you automatically.
2. The remaining RM23,800 will have to deducted/refunded from your uplines. To make it more interesting, this lump sum is actually shared between god knows how many layers of uplines you have. In order to get 100% refund from them, each of them has to make sales or pay your personally if they have no sales.

This is the thing they never tell new "partners". Don't tell me I am talking nonsense because this is the truth.

To the person giving away his unsold products, I suggest you call the nearest office and bring all your remaining products to the office. Good luck.

In fact, the 68% of your capital is ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE to get back from your uplines. Many ex members shared how these uplines unable to pay them back due to no sales OR use unethical tactics to avoid paying the money.

Have you heard of SWITCH LEGS? I had no idea about this until i heard the KPs from Penang did that to wipe their hands clean from paying their withdrawing downlines. How they did it was that they asked their upline Prince Premiers to move certain inactive members or members who are potentially going to withdraw from this MLM to a different direct upline, which is under them but is inactive.

By doing so, they can skip/ reduce the repayment amount imposed to them, JUST LIKE THAT...

That's the real true face of Mc Ocean.

Haiz, I'm just a poor graphic designer from Penang.
I used up all my savings because of this and I even took a personal loan just for this "business".
I stood strong when everyone else around me condemned me, asking me to stay away from it. I pretended to be okay, but in fact, I am not okay!
I was too egoistic to admit that I made a mistake!
It's ok....these few years will pass quickly...

Don't feel bad bro, I left almost 5 years alrdy from this despicable MLM. At first its struggling to pay off the bank loans, but am glad that with my friends and family supporting me, I have put that chapter behind me. No regrets walking away from Mc Ocean.

It was not an easy path to walk, so we hope to create awareness here to warn the public to stay away from this bad MLM.

Now I look at those still loyally serving Mc Ocean blindly, I really pity them. Lost their high pay job, heavily in debts, peanut income, despised by their friends and families, no savings & retirement funds. I really wish them all the best in their future.

Cheer up bro! Believe me your life is much better than those MLM salesman/ saleswoman now.

Upline and downline , how to be own boss and successful when there is such a pyramid structure? More like making other people rich while drowned in debt ownself

I joined ALL their activities.
I event went to their events at KL even though I didn't have a single downline.
I still remember they awarded me with some make-believe prize during an event held at a big mansion at Batu Ferringhi, Penang.
I thought I was being recognized, but in fact, it was just an attempt keep me attached to them.
Of all the people who went to the event, most already left or went MIA.

luckily i stopped after 1 years and 2 months, not that long compare to those who drown inside for years.

and now i finally going to finish paying my debt.

I am super happy, and enjoy every single moment now after walking away from McOcean.

just take it as a painful lesson (50k + 10k fee for petrol, makan-makan to find downline, event, etc).

I always tot i am poor, but after paying debt for all these years, i realized actually i can save up a good sum of money hahaha.

Not only in MLM, Most of the business annual awards program also works on this concept of so called business organizations award
To be part of the organization, companies need to pay some annual dues etc. These prize giving is absurd.

Yea just take it as an expensive lesson. Personal loan is no play2. Not advisable to take unless really really desperate or last resort only.

Anyhow it has taught me how to be financially discipline and manage it wisely.

When things turn out too good to be true we really need to alert already no matter any sort of investment or so called business. I believe all of us here have experience already and won't fall for the same trick. Must strictly warn for our next generation too.

Money wise we need to be 'selfish'. People are realistic and we have to ask our self many times why we need to give them our money.

I din even know about the 6 months withdrawal policy, and now it's too late. My upline and the kp told me must stocks out all the products and they will open each of the products for "Demo" purpose. Now i know that it's to prevent withdrawal. they will ask to unbox the ioniser around 5k++, serwyn set aroun 2.5k, enertri, enerbest blah blah blah.

Take care of your dogs first before claiming Mc Ocean a "honest & ethical" MLM ok?

While you are at it, please justify also below actions by your Mc Ocean management:

1) Suspending member's online account without proper investigation/ reason.
2) Withholding member's stock because he/ she is suspected to be defaming Mc Ocean online.
3) Forcing ex members to admit they are so-and-so for defaming Mc Ocean, without proof.
4) Use of illegal/ unethical methods to find out identities of ex-members who exposed Mc Ocean's dishonest practices.
5) Harassment with LOD and Whatsapp messages to silent victims from exposing your dirty deeds.

They were quick to respond when issue about withdrawal came into light, but turned silent when people asked about the shady process behind it. It means they dare not admit, nor deny what I have said.

It is true, they only give you back 32% from the 90% of your 35K stock. Chase the rest from your uplines .

if the company give back 32%, the rest 58% is from the uplines which consists of few layer upline or single person upline only ?
in the agreement, it seem like the company "lepas tangan" on how you to claim this 58% from the uplines.
and in the first place prevented the terminating distributor to claim the 32% by opening all their stocks upon receiving.

I hope everyone will read EVERYTHING on the contract before they sign because we all know this piece of information may not be properly conveyed to new members.

Now, not all KP's are despicable. Some do refund the money they "earn" once they are informed about the termination, while some just outright ignore it.
How can they just sleep peacefully at night when other people are struggling to make ends meet?
How can they go around and show people their cars/watches/clothes bought using money "earned" from unsuspecting people?

This is the only place where I can talk about my horrible experience.

Last time, they deliberately hide this clause at the last part of the Gold Premier Scheme form that the members have to sign after the presentation, just so that victims are unaware they have sign off their rights.

Then they became more despicable, making new members have NO CHOICE but to sign by putting this agreement online. You need to agree to this terms only can you access to your Mc Ocean Online Account, but in Mc Ocean, you cannot know your sales for the month WITHOUT THE ONLINE ACCOUNT.

Alot of new victims actually voiced out here before, but they were silenced by Mc Ocean sending them letters & Whatsapp Messages. Then the Mc Ocean guy go mass report their posts to take them down to make it look like it is just us who are "syk sendiri" here.

That's how despicable Mc Ocean really are!

But watching them slowly bleed to dry and unable to recruit new members anymore, glad to see their attempts to hide the truth had failed.
