- Serious water leaking issue on top floor.

- Too many units filed for defection until they could not get all issues solved on time. They kept delaying us, not responding us, until the defection period was up, we are on our own now with a hell lot of problems in our units - mostly water leaking, crack etc due to THEIR poor workmanship.

- Now, after 5 years, the wall in one of our rooms cracked and water is leaking like WATERFALL during heavy rain.

- They leave all their shit to the newly appointed JMB who really cannot do anything about it.

If you do not have any issue with your unit developed by Suria Land Development, then lucky for you.
