GaGa can roar meh? No roar ark whistling.gif 5th gear goes 3rd gear must do twice single clutch, RPM will raise from 2.5k up to 4th gear 3.2k, then 3rd gear 4k flex.gif bem! Bem! Luke's famous drop gear sound without tranny shock + sound like GT500 icon_idea.gif

i tried once from 5th gear straight to 3rd gear and rpm rise madly, the power can feel it immdiately flow into driver and car body laugh.gif
gear box will not injured rite with sudden drop 2 gear?

QUOTE(eqmal197 @ Jul 31 2012, 01:46 PM)
i dun like wax. its really exhausted to wipe it out by hand. that why polish centre use machine to get work done and it also prone to scratches
silicon glaze when wiping its like you wipe spill water on table

let me check with my dad. he's one of amway agent
*
so it is more to liquid rite? never feel it with hand
will wait ur pricing notworthy.gif

QUOTE(GRexer @ Jul 31 2012, 01:51 PM)
Basically, both the Amway and Duragloss is the same concept, both are paint cleaners + sealant. I've personally used Duragloss for a very long time and it's quite durable even in Malaysian weather(3 months with minimal washing and the rainy season, 5 months plus with weekly washing either with Optimum No Rinse or regular Meg's NXT Wash, no topping up with spray wax). Never tried Amway so I can't comment.

As for "polishing", on a serious note, modern day clear coats are usually hard enough that manual polishing by hand doesn't work the wonders they used to work. That's where machines come into play. Can't say I'm a great detailer but I would rather call myself a hardcore hobbyist with machines.

Well.. It's because modern paints have a clear coat which is harder than the single stage paint of yesteryears, human hands would not create enough heat to cut thru the clear to reduce the swirls(if that's your intention), for the Duragloss(or maybe as well as Amway if their description is true), it merely cleans up the paint by removing the dirt accumulated in the micropores(think of those face wash advertisements, same concept) of the paint and also adds on a layer of protective sealant on top.

Depend on how you do it.

1) From 5th gear shift to 3rd, 弹clutch, then the car jerk like mad - grind clutch faster

2) From 5th to 3rd, rev up then弹clutch, car no jerk but harm synchronizer

3) From 5th to 3rd, rev up immediate release gas pedal, 弹clutch at correct RPM match, then only continue acceleration - no harm done/very little if there is

4) YAB way, 5th to 4th declutch BEM! 4th to 3d declutch BEM! Sounded very YENG! Very little harm. 1 gear drop ratio less, synchronized better & less harm done + sound like racing/samseng icon_idea.gif

Cut the crap short, cum midnight run. YB Asad + YAB Luke is here to demo!

clutch - shift 3rd gear - rev - release 50% clutch - rev 3k - release clutch (this whole action should be around 2sec only)
harmful???

i did experienced power loss if immediate release full clutch after down shift 3rd/4th gear...

I'd do it this way:

1. Disengage clutch

2. Shift from 5th to neutral

3. Engage clutch

4. Disengage clutch

5. Shift from neutral to third

6. Rev up

7. Engage clutch

I do this pretty frequently when traffic in front slows down.

Note: disengage means to step on the pedal, engage means release

hi all, my wife's BLM aircond fan is not powerful enough.

i need to put the speed to 4 to feel the wind. is this normal? because my savvy fan speed at 2 already cold enough and can feel the wind.

edit: its a B-line BLM

Aircon fan not powerful or aircon not cold?

if aircon fan not powerful, then it's the fan kong or something is clogging the ducts/vents/filters.

If aircon not cold then it's compressor kong, out of refrigerant etc. etc.
