ninja 250 consider as big bike only.. Peep tend to get offended when u call the ninja250 as superbike Anyway, i u earn around 2.5k, no car, no house to pay, then u can start riding a ninja250 already... Its not that exp to own n to maintain compare with 'real' superbike... If u want to go to the supersports route(zx6,zx10,r6,r1,cbr 600&1000) or any other 4inline 600cc above bike, then u need to earn min 4k, witout car, house n other loan to service also, because maintaining it can be more expensive than maintaining a myvi or any other entry level japanese car...
WAHHH....very expensive...superbiker must be high salary or their dad is rich....huhuhuhu....
the stock exhaust, if used (still quite new, only a few months, a few thousand kms) should be around rm 700 - 800
which is about 1/3 the price of a full system
my friend just changed his 6n exhaust (used for less than 450km), but postage alone will kill you. that thing wright almost 10kg and it's a one piece system (quite bulky)
for price reference, a used 2006 er6-n exhaust system, all the way from GB
I might let go mine. Thinking of getting the LV slip on.

tell u what - most sensors are magnetic based - i.e. your vehicle "cut" the magnetic field when it passess by the designated area, thus triggering the switch. in your case, you may have not slowed down or stopped at the correct place to "cut" the magnetic field
but next time, just bring a hypermotard and go over the curbs like a bawse... hahaha
