I'm using Fiio E7 right now. I feel that the bass are kind of lacking in terms of layering and body. I also felt the treble aren't as clear, it's not transparent enough. I'm more of the detail freak than bass freak, but I'm still both. I also never forget the sound of the MS Pro and HE5, it's like magic. I hope can find an amp that can bring out this headphone to the potential because I liked the noise isolation it offers. If not I have to upgrade headphones....

Traded for t5p.... Because need isolation and ease to drive... Now need IEM for isolation, ease to drive, and portability factor... Lol seems like I'm back to square one again...

T1 memang a headphones with high potential.

I guess up to 1k. Would be nice if it have DAC function too.

and know first hand that

880 = neutral good mid, not so good high and low, and bass doesnt have that wide feeling

990 = good high good low, not so good mid, bass have that wide feeling

have been considering for 2 months and have been going to the shop to test for more than 10 times.....

very difficult to decide would like to hear some opinion and advise from long time users

bottom is.....

i quite like 990 with the wide open bass feel... but the highs are a bit too strong and mid is not good

on the 880 i like the mid and high but the low just doesnt have that wide open sound that I am looking for like in the 990

they are not cheap cans, that's why I have been considering for so long....

consider magni and modi (M&M), i find the magni quite desirable

Try the DT880 with GoVibe Peak amp with bass boost on and off, you might like it.

fiio products arent always the good performers, keep an open minded and try out more things

Let's say in the future I want to get the Alessandro MS Pro, which amp is good for this headphone? Sorry for many questions, I still yearning for the MS Pro after I first time heard it's magic

it's hard to tell, I can only advice about build quality and overall outlook, since everyone has their own tasted in things

I am using MS Pro... And have driven with Musical Fidelity M1 HPA and also Bryston BHA-1 amps with excellent results.

You got any DAC? line out from that DAC will do
