Pentas 2 living hall bigger and taller and free plaster ceiling. All pentas Design nice. Rgd tiles, pentas 2 toilets tiles smaller 9x13 than pentas 1 1x2 (12x24). However pentas 2 kitchen tiles is 2x2 larger and size also bigger than pentas 1. Pentas 3 facade and color look elegant. Pentas 1 sunroof real nice and outstanding. Pentas 2&3 car porch larger than pentas 1.
Today brought relative to shop pentas run under hot sun. not yet decide which one. At sale office noticed got 1 guy signed snp today pentas 2 type a3, blue pin removed.

There is one unit call......"sample unit"/"show unit".....hehehehe...

I visited last time it was still sharp but now got marking showed that they tempered with it to make better feng shui for my neighbour in front. Looks like I&P jaga feng shui, man.huhu

how much you think the semi-d and bungalow will be? I think semi-d would be around RM2 mil while bungalow would be around RM3 mil

You buy for own stay, so looking for superb quality in Pentas.
I am an investor, i look for affordable pricing with bigger rooms for appreciation + acceptable quality.

Also, i value security F&G more important than workmanship and u are the other way round. Thus different profiles (investors vs own stay) have different requirments.

As i said i am happy if INP make the next Semi D in AI at RM2mil.

Usually as rule of thumb, Semi D price shd be double than the link houses. Last launch Aquina's Type C price is around RM700K++, thus, Citrina's price from RM1.4mil++ just right.

For INP's AI, Pentas 3 is closed to RM1mil, so next Semi D if launched at RM2mil, it is just nice.

Went to Mapex at mid valley today. I&P has a big stand there to promote their properties. They don't really push the sales for AI, just saw they put 2 poster of AI on the outer wall of the booth. Few old ladies sales persons talk to each others and the bankers, rather than taking initiative to the walk in customers to their booth.
I wonder what is the point they participate in the show if they hv no interest to sell and approach customers?

eh i was supposed to get dibs for 2nd year but i wont be getting anything because i just bought in jan 2012. i am servicing interest now.if complete new year, i will never experience 2nd year dibs. (dibs starts counting from first drawdown, right?)
