U mean void becoz of courtyard design? Anyway that space is still usable for ground floor. Only void for 1st floor.
Not a total waste at least u allow natural sunlight to come into ur house. I guess this really depends on individual preference.

Same as P3 60ft claiming ~3500sqft. Perhaps dev wanna increase the sale price for P3 while maintaining the price per sqft, they use diff formula for P3.

Btw this is just my thought, and I might be wrong here.

I also fail to understand why P3 bu is bigger than P2 or P1. Simple maths mah.. No way 25x60 bigger than 25X56 assuming both r double storey..
Afterall land size are same 25X85.

If INP claim they use different method to calculate P3 BU, this is wrong to me. One must compare apple with apple not orange.

Yalor nothing much we can do since pentas is individual title not strata. But I read a clause in snp that says u need approval if u want to chnage the house exterior color...guess they only need permit from mbsa.

30 sold + 26 booked. 21 more to go if those booked units manage to secure bank loan. Lately bank very very strict. Tightening their tap.
Anyway I dun think INP bother to sell the balance unit coz this year hit target already...

Fu yooo. Bathroom looks much better compare to P2 and P1. Build quality looks good.

By the way did you measure the width and length of the house. I cannot understand how come Pentas 3 has bigger BU than Pentas 1 and Pentas 2...where do they hide the extra build up....'Kidding only.

Yalor. Veli slow but I got the feeling is more on InP. I guess they will only start to work next year since this year kpi already hit. They can chillax till year end...kekeke

Price is quite competitively leh. In fact Pentas is the lowest in terms of psf, 250 only leh. Really value for money compare to other development around the vicinity. Even landed in cyberjaya is more expensive.
